Brisbane & Capalaba Acupuncture
Acupuncture is a registered health profession governed by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and under the auspice of the Chinese Medicine Board of Australia (CMBA). This ensures only qualified Acupuncturists can practice and provide the highest quality care to the Public.
The World Health Organisation has endorsed Acupuncture as an essential system of medicine and recommended Governments of both Developed and Developing Nations incorporate it in to their National Health Services.
Perhaps unique to Acupuncture is its ever increasing evidence base formed by ongoing and significant scientific study around the world.
As a non invasive and drugless form of medicine, Acupuncture provides an important means of supporting and improving health for many people and has shown capacity to positively impact a large number of diseases and disorders.
Daniel has been in active clinical practice of Acupuncture for over thirteen years and has a clinical interest in treatments for common conditions and pain syndromes. Daniel does not rely solely on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) philosophy and diagnosis, which is often misleading or meaningless to the Patient. Rather, by combining the best of TCM Acupuncture with contemporary standards of evidenced based medicine, Daniel aims to provide meaningful and cost effective treatment.
